This skirt will fit very hippy women as long as they can slide the skirt over their hips or over their chest. The waist can be cinched in significantly before it’s bulky. Personally, I would label it a 6 or 8 but for those who like maximum reduced bulk and can get it over their hips, it’ll easily fit a size 10. I think waists of smaller than 26″ might find the drawstring creates too much bulk.
Machine Wash, tumble dry, press with hot iron.
